horizon club marina view evening canapés
the horizon club marina view room included access to the horizon club lounge. breakfast offered a variety of options, and the evening drinks and canapés were good (the staff was very attentive!). the room overlooked the marina and offered fabulous views.

lovely stay
perfect location marina view resort pools lovely stay
the location was perfect to me. it had easy short walk to the lagoon. it was right on the marina and its restaurants. the resort had pools. table tennis and air hockey was there. it.
beds are hard, and pillows are too. sheets aren't soft, it could use two sinks. the shower was tiny and housekeeping was pretty bad. dishes and glasses were left dirty

the hotel enjoys proximity to many restaurants attached to the complex. it also boasts closeness to the boardwalk plus other areas to walk. the city centre is just a short walk away, which makes exploring convenient.

the rooms features air condition that works well. there is also lots of room to move around. toiletries in the room include nice items, and views from marina view room are also really great.

the front desk service is very good. the team is awesome, it is very friendly. nothing is ever too much trouble. the staff is helpful. they were friendly and courteous to all.

the breakfast buffet is also very good, with many options. the hotel has one restaurant, that serves breakfast. it's also open for lunch and dinner, so you can grab any drink between hours.

Marina Views and Really good Service
marina view friendly staff good canapés
I appreciated the marina view room. It was relaxing to watch the boats. The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with a smile. I especially enjoyed the Horizon Club. The canapés were a good treat in the evenings.
The bathroom shower was a bit small.

The staff provided warm welcomes and professional assistance at every interaction I had with them. Concierge services helped with local directions and restaurant recommendations too.

The room included a comfortable sitting area with a television separate from the sleeping space, offering more room to relax after a long day exploring the area, so I was content. A private balcony allowed for undisturbed viewing of the scenery too.

Breakfast had many selections. I appreciated the variety and the ability to sample many items. The Horizon Club had evening canapés that tasted wonderful with a pre-dinner drink. It made the evening perfect. It created memories for me.

The hotel had a good-sized pool that was warm. It was good for relaxation and exercise. The gym contained modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes, so I could remain active. It had everything I needed.

good hotel, some small issues
convenient location friendly staff
i found the location convenient and the staff friendly. the swimming pool was a good size for a refreshing dip. i appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants.
The room felt more dated than showed in photos. the bed wasn't too comfortable, as it dipped. i also noticed the cleaning wasn't always completely thorough. Sometimes i had to tidy up the bathroom after it was cleaned.

the restaurant had a good selection of food options. breakfast had plenty of choices, so i found something to eat each morning. room service worked good, however it felt overpriced.

my room included a shower cubical with a retractable washing line, it was useful. amenities and coffee capsules seemed to be good quality. the bed however wasn't the best, i would have liked it to be more comfortable.

the location was close to restaurants and shops, it worked very well. walking to the marina was easy. being near the water gave a good experience.

run down hotel sinister pool
the pillows and the marina view were acceptable.
the hotel looks run down. i found the architecture difficult with kilometers of corridors to reach the room. the pool environment was sinister.

generally okay stay
good location amazing view various pools tired hotel poor maintenance dirty toilets
location was really good for me. i could see amazing views from the room i stayed in. swimming pools also catered to different requirements for different age groups.
overall the hotel is tired. it seems like the overall maintenance has been let go. the public amenities especially the toilets near the pool and the breakfast area were in a pretty bad way.
